Dear Residents,
We are looking forward to another terrific summer at River Oaks Apartments. We hope that all of our residents will take full advantage of all the great summer activities and amenities. Before you dive into the summer season, please stop by the leasing center to receive a copy of the pool rules and regulations.
Mark your calendars! The summer season of fun is upon us! First, in June we will have another night of learning how to dance the Salsa with Ercilia. We will also be hosting an Arbonne event with free makeovers. Glamour Shots will also be available. The ESL classes are held at the clubhouse with Ralph Stillwell every Tuesday night at 6:00 p.m. Then in July we’ll show you how much we appreciate you during Resident Appreciation Week. We will be hosting an entire week of fun-filled activities beginning on Monday, July 7. Please watch for flyers and e-mails on these terrific upcoming events!
Here at River Oaks, we are dedicated to providing an environment that our residents will enjoy. As you may have noticed, the community improvements are already underway. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we continue to make River Oaks Apartments a great place to call home.
In observance of Independence Day, the rental office will be closed Friday, July 4.
